I recently installed this NVR system, expecting it to handle 4K video, but it fell short in several ways. First, it struggled to keep the cameras connected – they were constantly disconnecting, and loading video in the app was slow, with at least one camera always offline. Additionally, the camera output had an excessive red tint, making the video quality look unnatural and frustrating to adjust. This experience turned into an embarrassing situation with my customer, and I ultimately had to replace the entire system. If you're considering this NVR for 4K cameras, I’d strongly suggest looking for a more reliable option.
